We operate out of a SALSA accredited production facility in Wigan, Greater Manchester. The site has been in operation since 1996 combining hand crafted skills and modern packaging methods to create premium quality products.

The facility produces a range of ambient temperature products such as pizza bases, part baked baguettes, petit pains and rolls. All products are gluten-free, wheat-free and dairy-free.

Production runs are very flexible in meeting demands ranging from a small parcel to multi pallet shipments.
